The room was nice and tidy, with everything we needed. It had a good view, a balcony, a giant comfy bed, and a TV 🌟.

Good food, friendly staff.
Aged mass tourism hotel. Many pensioners who queue up in the morning to secure their lounger at the pool and then come to breakfast in frightening clothing. Doesn't feel like four stars.

The food surprised us very positively. There was an extraordinary amount of choice and there was really something for every taste. . The staff was very nice and helpful. Also the entertainment program offered a lot of different things. During the day there were various activities for children (pool party, foam party), but there is also a program for adults (Pilates, SUP Yoga, etc.)
The hotel complex is very large and lively.

The food was always fresh and enough and the deck chairs at the pool were sufficiently available. . The animation shows and the entertainment was varied and fun. Rooms were clean. There is a special pool area for adults only with its own jacuzzi. Altogether a very relaxing holiday.
Cocktails were a little too sweet. the beaches in the area were nothing special.

The hotel is only a short distance to Siam Park and Puerto Colon. This property was in general very good. Free parking for those who drive.

Fab fresh bread and cereal at the bar for breakfast. Brand-new & beautifully maintained unit with chocolates, perfect view, for instance.
